Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using LedgerLens during the current beta stage. They are designed to be readable, but they should still be replaced with reviewed production terms before a full public launch.
Beta notice
LedgerLens is still evolving, so the service and plan details may change as the product matures.
Your uploads
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the documents and data you submit.
Your control
You can export or delete your documents and parsed data from inside the product.
Using LedgerLens
You may use LedgerLens only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate information when you register, and you may not use LedgerLens to upload fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents.
Documents and extracted data
You retain responsibility for the files and information you upload. LedgerLens processes those files to extract transaction and document data for your use inside the service.
You should review extracted results before relying on them. Automated extraction can make mistakes, and you are responsible for verifying the output before using it for financial decisions or reporting.
Plans, billing, and renewals
Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval you select until you cancel. Stripe and PayPal handle payment processing; LedgerLens does not store your full payment credentials.
If pricing, feature limits, or plan structures change, we will update the public pricing page and provide notice where required for existing subscribers.
Service availability
LedgerLens is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, especially while the product is in active development. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
We aim for a stable and secure service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free processing.
Security and misuse
You may not attempt to probe, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with LedgerLens or any related systems. You also may not use the service to access, copy, or expose data that does not belong to you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that threaten the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the service.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
